Goal: Show Up to support the approval of the Reparations Action Plan!

After over 2.5 years of gathering research and receiving local, state and national input, the Alameda County Reparations Commissions’ efforts ended with nine months of community listening sessions. We have taken all of the community feedback and drafted the Alameda County Reparations Action Plan. Now, the Commission’s Action Plan will appear before the Board of Supervisors on June 30, 2026 with one goal: for the Board to #ApproveThePlan! We need your support and a large turnout to ensure approval! #ShowUp630

Community participation ensures the work of the Commission reflects the voices of residents across the county. If you are an Alameda County Resident, you should be there! If you are a church leader, bring your congregation! If you are a member of the Divine Nine, get your chapters out in your para! If you are a non-profit / community organization, organize your staff and clients to attend!
